Pros: Promoly enables me to send personalized, professional promo emails to my lists of DJs, bloggers, media outlets, and other key influencers. It provides analytics on who opened the emails, listened to the tracks, downloaded, and shared them. This insight helps me gauge the effectiveness of my campaigns. The interface is super user-friendly and helps me to create a professional presentation for my promo material. I can also add branding elements, such as logos and personalized messages, to my promo campaigns, which enhances the professionalism of the promotion Cons: Although the interface is user-friendly, there’s still a learning curve involved in figuring out the best way to manage campaigns and analyze results effectively, especially for users new to email marketing.

Best tool in the market for new labels
Overall: Perfect for where my business is at right now and I recommend it often Pros: The pricing structure is ideal for small labels or those starting out. All the features are available at the entry tier which sets this product apart from the competition and means I have loyalty to the product when my venture grows to needing a higher tier Cons: Sometimes buggy but the team are super responsive to resolving issues through live chat or email

Overall: With the help of promo.ly we distribute our music to DJs, magazines and producers. Pros: We used several similar services before Promo.ly and after we switched we realized how Promo.Ly is convenient and easy to use with many additional useful features Cons: I don't like it when the system reaches Bounce limits and in this case it doesn't allow you to send a promo

Effective and stylish
Overall: As the owner of a new label, I was looking for a quick, easy way to promote my artists' releases. Boom, Promoly to the rescue! Just perfect for any label looking to simplify their promotions! Pros: Though I only used the trial period, I am eager to subscribe! Efficient, easy-to-use, and a vast DJ Pool to submit music to! The overall design is what to expect with some fantastic aesthetics, especially when looking at feedback and reviews. Delivers promptly, and reports extensively! It is definitely worth the investment! Well done Promoly! Cons: Can't really fault this as I only used the trial period! Look forward to seeing what the full subscription has to offer!

A must have for any music label
Overall: Using Promoly helped me have a professional look to my label's mailout to DJs and publishers, which is very important since they are the first to see one's upcoming music releases. I strongly recommend it to anyone running a music label. Pros: The layout of the promo emails looks amazing, I also like the fact that the recipients must leave a feedback in order to download the tracks. The stats and feedback for the campaigns are very detailed and well structured, you can see at any time who opened, played or downloaded your stuff and that is very useful. Also, the Groups created by genre are really a good option. Cons: I didn't find things to complain about, works perfect for me!
